Each review—positive or not—helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. We truly value this feedback and sincerely thank everyone who’s taken the time to share their experience.
We spent 5 days in Cusco and did the Machu Picchu hike and rainbow mountain hike along with other expeditions. The guides were great and provided a great experience. My only qualm was that the food could have been better at the restaurants that were picked for us.
View full reviewOur 4-day Inca Trail with TreXperience was honestly one of the most incredible experiences of our lives. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully organized, seamless, and far exceeded expectations. The highlight of the trip was absolutely our guide, Julio. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and deeply passionate about the history and culture of the Inca civilization. He had an amazing way of pacing the group so everyone felt comfortable, while also sharing meaningful insights that made every step of the trail come alive. By the end of the trek, he felt more like a friend than a guide. And then there was the food—completely unbelievable thanks to our chef, Ferdinand. It’s hard to imagine how he created such delicious, beautifully presented meals in the middle of the mountains! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and something we looked forward to after a long day of hiking. It truly elevated the entire experience. The porters were also incredible—so hardworking and kind—and TreXperience as a company clearly takes great care in making sure both their team and guests are well supported. The Inca Trail itself is breathtaking—challenging at times, but so rewarding. Arriving at Machu Picchu after four days of hiking is something I will never forget. If you’re considering hiking the Inca Trail, I can’t recommend TreXperience enough. Ask for Julio and Ferdinand if you can—you will be in the best hands possible!

View full reviewVery good organised 2 day tour to Sacred valley & Machu Picchu, everything was clear and in time. Knowledgeable, professional guides. Wanted to say special thank you to our guide Eddie Puma and the team who were not only high professionals but also were very responsive when we encountered a personal issue with a forgotten bag, they worked hard and managed to get our bag back to a different city before our flight in just a few hours Thank you so much guys, best luck in what you do! Highly recommended
View full reviewThis tour was extraordinary! If you're looking for adventure, beautiful scenery, new experiences and encounters, I'd definitely recommend this tour. We were treated with great care. View full reviewThe Inca Trail trek with TreXperience was fantastic! Our guied, Julio, was incredible. Throughout the trek he shared the Inca heritage and history, as well as geological, botanical, and archaeological information. Our porters, chef, waiters were equally awesome. We were awoken every morning with a cup of Coca Tea and a bowl of warm and soap water to wash with. Then a full and amazing breakfast before heading out for the day's trek. It wasn't long before the porters had everything packed up from camp and were passing us on the way to our lunch stop. By the time we arrived, lunch was ready...and it was always a multi-course meal. Then again, later in the afternoon, our porters would pass us and when we arrived at camp, the tents and dining hall was set up and preparations were underway for our tea and evening meal. Everything was incredible! I can't recommend TreXperience highly enough. If you are looking for a great organization to take the Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu with...go with TreXperience!
View full reviewOur family of three—my husband, our 10-year-old daughter, and I—recently visited Cusco with only a few days to explore, and booking with TreXperience was hands down the best decision we made. From the very beginning, our representative Rosmel was incredibly helpful in planning the perfect itinerary for our family. He was responsive, attentive, and patient as we went back and forth several times to customize our schedule. His communication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Our first full-day private tour was packed with unforgettable experiences, including an alpaca farm, Pisaq Market, Pisaq archaeological site, Maras Salt Mines, Moray, and Ollantaytambo, along with a wonderful lunch stop at Don Angel. Our guide, Roger, was outstanding—professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He thoroughly knew the history of the Incas and spoke perfect English, which made it easy for us to understand and truly learn throughout the day. He was also able to answer every single question my history-loving husband asked, which made the experience even more engaging for all of us. He brought each location to life and made the day both educational and enjoyable, especially for our daughter. The second day was truly above and beyond anything we expected. We visited Palccoyo Mountain, which was the perfect alternative to Rainbow Mountain when traveling with a child. To our surprise, Roger and our driver Poole arrived with two cooks in tow! When we reached the mountain, they set up a beautifully arranged table overlooking the breathtaking scenery, complete with a tent kitchen. We were served a fresh, hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit salad, fresh-squeezed juice, and bread with jam—right in the mountains! After our hike, we returned to an incredible lunch spread that honestly rivaled a restaurant: pasta, salad, vegetables, garlic bread, pumpkin soup, fried rice, chicken, and beef. It was as delicious as it was impressive. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality from Roger, Poole, and the entire TreXperience team was unmatched. I cannot recommend TreXperience enough—this is a must-do for your trip to Cusco. And if you can request Roger, absolutely do it. He made our experience unforgettable!
View full reviewWe had a fabulous time on our 2 day Inca Trail trip. Anthony was our guide, and he was the best! So positive, and knew everything about the history of the area. This was a bucket list experience.

We had an amazing time hiking the Inca Trail with Filio, an incredibly knowledgeable and fun guide who helped us get the most out of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. He was excellent at managing the different needs of group members while making sure we all had a great time. Would highly recommend this trip - seeing Machu Picchu for the first time through the Sun Gate is truly a ‘pinch me’ moment!
