Incredible!!!
My experience with TreXperience was fantastic. We had our guide Eddie Puma and company, who were all incredible human beings, and our chef Julio Cesar, who was also the most whimsical human. They created the best possible experience for us on the Sao Kinh Thai trek and made us feel very accommodated. It was so worth the money and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to do this trek. It was more difficult than I expected with the altitude but Eddie gave me coca tea every night and morning and personally brought it to our tents. It was just a great way to meet many people from around the world and come together and bond over a shared goal and vision which Eddie Puma casts for us in a fantastic way. Fabulous experience.
Excellent tour with a knowledgeable and organised guide Rosmel who kept everything running smoothly. Bonus was having a comfortable hotel room overnight rather than camping and wonderful fresh food cooked by chef Raymundo for breakfast and lunch rather than boxed. Attentive to my GF diet.

Classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu 4 Days with Vistadome Train
Although this was a physically demanding trip, it was one of the best experiences of my life. Abe, Wilbur and Alex were patient, kind and caring the food was amazing and the accommodated my vegetarian request, which was really very nice. Thank you for making this ship available.

Gari, Ramon, and the rest of the crew took great care of us throughout the entire journey. As a solo traveler, I had an amazing experience and was blown away by the scenery along the Salkantay route. The team was professional, friendly, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The group size was perfect which created a nice atmosphere. Food was AMAZING! They kept a close eye on everyone. As clumsy as I am, I lost my jacket during trekking. Gari found my jacket and Ramon even found my phone (whoops…): muchos gracias Gari y Ramon! They ensured we felt safe and supported us throughout the trek. A once-in-a-lifetime experience I would highly recommend!

The trip was great! The overall organization was excellent, with one exception: communication. We received messages from different agents, but after replying, we often did not get a response. Too many people seemed to be involved, which made the process confusing. For example, we still did not know how and where we would receive our tickets until the day before the tour started. That being said, the tour itself was perfectly planned. Our guide was excellent, everything ran smoothly, and we enjoyed the experience very much.
